Gina was recognized as a TOP 2% nationwide at Royal LePage in 2024 and has always been an award winning realtor at Royal LePage Sussex, West Vancouver since she started her career as a realtor. She has proven success records of listing and selling fine properties in West Vancouver ( Ambleside, Dundarave, Chartwell and British Properties) and North Vancouver (Edgemont, Forest Hills and Canyon Heights) area for top dollars for a short period of time.

Gina first came to Vancouver from Seoul, South Korea in 2003 for her vacation in the North Shore. She had previously traveled to numerous places in the world but quickly realized Vancouver was the best place on Earth to live. She fell in love with the charming qualities of this beautiful area and decided to call it home. Gina now lives here with her family and feels grateful to raise her children in the North Shore.

She has had experience in residential construction and development for her own home and investment properties as well as complete restoration for both single family and multifamily projects.
